Hello all, I am doing some rclone copies to box.com via cache, to destinations only written to by rclone. - I have manually set the cache to 240 hours to speed up the remote comparisons (which seems to have the intended effect) I am wondering if there is a practical limit of how high this cache could / should be set for one way recurring copy comparisons. It is trade off between lots of API usage at one end and not being sure the cache holds correct data at the other end. If you are 100% sure that the files on box will never be changed then you can set the duration to as long as you like. However I’d probably choose something like 724 or 3024 to make sure cache was refreshed every week or month.
