Jottacloud, strange issue with encrypt, or user-error?

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Made a new connection AND crypt on Jottacloud [made many connections on other providers before without an issue]. All allegedly works but the files are not visible in crypt OTHER than the initial directory. Files are shown [in encrypted form] on web view within Jottacloud.

It is possible, being visually impaired, I've made an error somewhere, but "going back on myself" doesn't show it.

Run the command 'rclone version' and share the full output of the command.

This to me suggests the crypt must have the right credentials, mounted right AND the directory crypt ok. But the sub-dirs are empty. Looking on the web the "pattern" matches for directories, with various crypted files. They do not emerge with rclone command.

Please run 'rclone config redacted' and share the full output. If you get command not found, please make sure to update rclone.

You get an "empty" prompt returned back, as in zero results.

ZYZ was for the example but the CBC SBS are the two directories off the "root" and in the image you see two encrypted directories on the web.

This should decrypt encrypted names from your remote.

It will check if your encryption setup is correct.

Checking out that link and found another with a program called Ukelele to look into. It is a pest with bad vision at times. It is the same when writing BASH and those damn brackets/braces.

Thanks. I hope it suggests I had set it up correctly [I did what hopefully I've done for others and they work] and as said moving data IN didn't error. Could this suggest somehow an error with Jottacloud integration? Would it help then a developer having access to this [relatively new] account to dig deeper?

Well appreciate the help so far as it is then not an "obvious" problem. Maybe @ncw has time to cast an eye over it too, along with anyone else I'm about to test stuff when and if.

I am not sure exactly how I got it working again, a combination of resetting every part in config, many times resetting tokens and the like. So the tl:dr is it works now, but how I got it really to work I can't say. It is odd, as my other (account) was perfect with JC.

Also removed a couple of posts as they had an element of info I'd not like online [missed it at the original time].
