I have exceeded the daily upload limit on Google Drive. So I want to upload to another account. I was using sync to upload to google drive, is there a way to know the list of remaining files I need to upload? I can't check one by one everything because there are so many files

https://rclone.org/commands/rclone_sync/
"Doesn't transfer files that are identical on source and destination"

so no need to check one by one
just run rclone sync again and it will continue where it left off.
