Is there anyway to let apache server access to mounted cloud storage?

I'm just ask if there is anyway to make apache server access to mounted cloud storage?

Here i start mount command:

Then the file disappeared after I mount my cloud storage to this folder:

If i tried to access it by http://217.69.13.99/drive/ then this will showed to me:

Any idea how to bypass the forbidden ??
