I know that for windows there is rcloneexplorer gui.


its so so, but we see that gui for windows is possible.
is there smth like that for android and ios ?

Not at the moment, no.

You can run rclone under termux on Android though.

You can Browse you server where you mounted your directory using ssh or sftp. I’m using es Explorer and it works like a charm
