Ignored duplicates while copying

Good day,

I have recently found out that I can basically mount any public Google Drive folder to my local directory if I fill in the root_folder_id with the public folder id. And it works well. Now I would like to encrypt a folder that my workmate shared with me but the problem is that it contains many many duplicates. So I often get the Duplicate object found in source - ignoring error. I cannot do rclone dedupe as its not my storage and he doesn't use rclone. So what should I use? How can I copy both and then maybe later run a dedupe?

You can ignore that error for your copy if they are actually dupes. There will simply be only 1 copy of the file in that case.
