If I change directory rclone recopy/sync files? or just change file location?

Test (folder)
-A.mp4
-B.txt
-C.avi
into

-A.mp4
-B.txt
-C.avi
not changing file, just change its location.

Rclone just change file location? or renew copy/sync process?
