HowTo? en-/decrypt a string (file-/foldername)

Hi!

AFAIK when encrypting file-/foldernames on the target the human access to the target is from then on mostly limited to rclone (bc. which file to undelete in WebUI of the service when I need to restore the accidental deleted "example.txt"?).

Is there a way to en- or decrypt a string (e.g. file- or foldernames), so that I input "example.txt" and it gives me e.g. "idhl2jar9jmanuigr6p" so I know what to look for on the target?
e.g. rclone stringencrypt target: example.txt, output idhl2jar9jmanuigr6p

Thank you.
