You can do 750GB/day server side.. I have no idea where you got that information from...

The limits constantly change and are not documented. I was quoting my own experience and use.
If you managed to get 1.2PB done server side, congrats as that's a huge outlier from anyone else.
I'm just giving an example, the upload limit is shared with the normal upload limit, there's no difference. If you SS 600GB and upload 150GB normally, you will run into the limit.
Rclone was incorrectly handling Service side transfers until lately if you haven't tested in a while.
I'm confused as you said you did 1.2PB server side but it is shared with the 750GB daily upload.
