How can i copy files from restricted google team drive to my shared drive

hii i'm into a shared drive but download is restricted from it like i cant download files from it
is there any way i could copy files from that shared drive to mine using rclone

hello and welcome to the forum,

rclone depends on your user permissions for the shared folder.

so if you do not have permisison to download files from the shared drive, then rclone cannot download files from the shared drive.

or any other tools available which can perform the work i need

You can ask the person sharing to give you download access.
