How can I bit copy and use rclone for whole disk?

I'm using the latest rclone as of today on Debian.
I have 2TB external disk that is formatted as extended disk on Playstation 4. I confirm that bit copy cloning from one disk to another disk works using proprietary software.

How can I make bit copy backup of the whole disk and use rclone to upload that back up to my Google team drive?

I'm guessing using dd and rclone.

is this even possible?

You can use something like this

dd if=/dev/sda of=- | rclone rcat yourremotename:path/to/disk.raw
