Google Drive privacy

Hello,
when I subcribed for Amazon Cloud Drive in the past, soon I started to use RClone with encryption because many people were complaining about the possibility that Amazon could “scan” the content of the drive.
I have my TB of data filled my personal document\pictures, but I also ripped every audio CD and every DVD stored in my bookshelf in my lunge and I do not want … “problems” with the authority.

Even if ecrypting Google Drive if always a best practice, do I need to care about Google scanning my data… RIIA, anti-piracy and so on ?

Google knows what you store, but they don’t care if you store pirated content unless you share it.
