It appears the Google Drive Service Account instructions are woefully out of date. The screens and menus that are referenced in the doc are no longer found in the locations described.
The Google Project that I was using to sync with rclone, was "removed" by google (don't know why) and I'm creating a new one.
Noticed that the instructions here need updating: https://rclone.org/drive/
Feel free to submit a request and you can help out and update them.
It might be worth checking them again today as I updated the website for the v1.53 release.
