Gcache is empty when adding to plex

When I run ls -l on mount directory, I’m able to see Movies & TV Shows directories but they’re not showing on Plex.

I tried to google the issue but I’m not sure what I’m looking for. Please help.

I suspect you might need --allow-other on your mount.

I’ve added --allow-other but with no luck

What’s your full mount command you are using?

You need --allow-other and to restart Plex.

I had to use full path instead of relative and it worked! Thank you.
