Failed to rc: connection failed: Post http://localhost:5572/core/stats: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5572: connect: connection refused

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

I am attempting to run a command and am getting the error
2020/03/18 22:46:37 Failed to rc: connection failed: Post http://localhost:5572/core/pid: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5572: connect: connection refused 2020/03/18 22:46:37 Failed to rc: connection failed: Post http://localhost:5572/core/stats: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5572: connect: connection refused 2020/03/18 22:46:37 Failed to rc: connection failed: Post http://localhost:5572/core/stats: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5572: connect: connection refused 2020/03/18 22:46:37 Failed to rc: connection failed: Post http://localhost:5572/core/stats: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:5572: connect: connection refused

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

v1.51.0

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Team Drive

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)

rclone copy --drive-server-side-across-configs --rc --rc-addr=localhost:5572 -vv --ignore-existing --tpslimit 10 --transfers 100 --drive-chunk-size 32M --drive-acknowledge-abuse

A log from the command with the -vv flag (eg output from rclone -vv copy /tmp remote:tmp)

You can only 10 api hits per second and setting that to 100 is going to error out quite quickly.

Is that the full command you are running as that won't produce anything as copy is missing a source and destination. What are you trying to accomplish? Copy and have a rc daemon spawn as well?
