Error when Uploading File(s) using FTP for Rapidgator

I think this was talked about before:

[FTP] error: SetModTime is not supported

Note that, despite the scary looking message, this isn't actually an ERROR and everything works just fine with that message. @ivandeex maybe we should make this a bit less scary? It probably only needs to be emitted once per backend also.

Someone would need to submit a feature request to fix the text there.
