Creating directory under Windows 10?

Hello guys, i have follow setup rclone from this site https://bytesized-hosting.com/pages/rclone-gdrive

I’m using Windows 10 Pro and stuck at this step:

Setting up Rclone cache
The cache remote wraps another existing remote and stores file structure and its data for long running tasks like rclone mount
To create rclone cache first you need to go through the previous step of setting Gdrive.
Create a directory **mkdir -p ~/mnt/gdrive** Now run rclone config

Since i’m using Windows 10, how can i create the directory?

Creating it in file explorer is probably easiet! You’ll need the path to the directory for the next step
