So I have around 6.5Tb worth of data on my current account. Just in case I'm planning to copy all of them from shared drives to my gsuite account and encrypt them to make sure I won't lose them. Is there any way to use rclone with to copy them without hitting the daily upload limit? Few months ago I read something about google cloud thingy but I can't find the article to make sure 
You can use --bwlimit to keep the bandwidth below 750GB/day.
Using a google cloud VM will mean the traffic doesn't come via your home internet but it won't speed the process up as you can still only copy 750GB/day!
