Is there any way where i can download or sync from destination to source ? There is case where i lost my local copy and want to download it from remote and keep it local as well as do sync or backup later..

So if you were going:
rclone copy A: B:
You can just do
rclone copy B:directory/fileineedtocopy A:directory
