I've found that if I add multiple users to a group in Google workspace, and assign that group to the Shared drives members, I can upload more than 750Gb a day. Unfortunately this requires that I remount the drive after reconfiguring the connection with a new authorization.
I propose a feature for cloud accounts, particularly google drive, to allow either a round robin use of multiple accounts, or a fail over to alternate accounts when the 403 rate limit is exceeded. I'm not a developer by any means, however maybe the maintainer of google drive in rclone may find this option interesting.
