--check or --max-transfer on several rclone copy?

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Is it possible to:
run several rclone copy commands in a .bat file, and either use --max-transfer on all of the commands combined (--max-transfer from all the rclone copy commands combined) OR --check all of the files in all of the rclone copy commands combined and see how much new things there are to transfer?

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

1.52.2

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Windows 10 Pro - 64bit

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Google Drive mainly, also Dropbox
