Can I use rclone Mount safeley to move files?

So I'm planning to get my Plex Collection into the Cloud.

The issue really is that I have 2 HDDs each 2 TB. So I have One Folder for HDD1 on Gsuite and Another Folder for HDD2 on gsuite.

The Uploads are encrypted so I can't really just Log in to my Gsuite and move everything from the Admin Panel.

Can I safeley use Rclone Mount to do that? Or is that not recommendet?

Moves should be server side things and happen almost instantly.
