With the recent addition of the --rc flag on rclone, I’ve been wondering, does the bandwidth limit control affect upload and download symmetrically, or can you limit just upload?
Use-case would be if you hosted plex with the uploading programs at home, so you can detect Plex playback thenlimit upload during the playback so sonarr/etc don’t saturate your upload bandwidth.
