Sorry, --max-duration may not behave like I expected as suggested by this issue:

#### What is your current rclone version (output from `rclone version`)? 1.51.0 #### What problem are you are trying to solve? I am trying to run a few rclone commands in a loop. For example: ``` while true: rclone sync to remote A rclone sync to remote B rclone sync to remote C ``` I don't want one sync process to get stuck for too long, so I'd like to use --max-duration to have them stop after a while. It does stop scheduling transfers, but the rclone process never exits. It seems that this is by design, the documentation says "Rclone won’t exit with an error if the transfer limit is reached." #### How do you think rclone should be changed to solve that? A new boolean option (e.g. `--limit-exit`) to specify if rclone should exit when the limit is reached (either only for `--max-duration` or also for `--max-transfer`). If backwards compatibility is not important, in my opinion it would be nice if default behaviour were consistent for `--max-duration` and `--max-transfer` (right now one doesn't exit and the other does).

Ahh welp thats unfortunate. Thanks for the attempt! I just be using my original command then
