Yeah, I haven’t tried more so I don’t honestly know the maximum number of streams the hardware can support.

Also since this project puts the downloads and Plex streaming on the same box your results will obviously change depending on any downloading/post-processing you may have going on at the same time.

Off topic, buuuuuut…

I have my plex server locally on my LAN. 95% of the time its just me using it, and my mum watches the odd movie from overseas.

I have my download box on my LAN.

I have a VPS that I’ve been using to sync 2 cloud services (Digital Ocean)

Can I run plexrequests off my vps, and link it to plex on my home lan?

I basically want an easy way to download movies and shows while I am at work.

This sounds amazing…

Is is possible to setup Rclone on a laptop to sync all the media up to amazon, and then use the same encrypted folder when using this script?

Yep. If you save the rclone config file you can copy it over and use it on any computer.
