Bad windows 10 download behavior

just after i ran the command, immedialy the file size was 41.7 and creeps up.

That is probably what I'd expect in a sparse file

4. after the download was completed, rclone did not exit in a timely manner.
   the progress continued to be updated, the download rate failing for a couple of minutes
   but the rclone log showed that the download was completed.

Interesting... I wonder what was going on here. It might just be a buffering artifact...

However, --multi-thread-streams=1 together with --drive-chunk-size=256M is the solution for Windows. 100% didn't know this, you should put it under windows section for PSA.

The fix I've just merged should fix that for windows - please try the latest beta when it is uploaded v1.51.0-090-ga492c0fb-beta

Just tried it. Yup this beta works without any extra flags!

Just rclone copy -P X:source Y:dest

It downloads instantly! whereas the stable rclone makes it wait until the file pre-allocate before starting.
