Backup whole NAS to Google Drive?

Hello Rclone Community,

I never before used rclone so please pardon my maybe stupid questions.

I want to make a complete continuously backup of my QNAP NAS to Google Drive, so all my data is also stored elsewhere. I want to have this backup encrypted (filenames should also be encrypted).
How do I do that ?

I just installed rclone on my QNAP NAS.
