Automating Rclone from a seedbox

So im using Rclone connected to a seedbox...The guy showed me commands to use to push the files to my shared drive but i would like it to be an automated task through a bat script and task scheduler 5 times a day (every 5 hours).
Problem is I run the script on "Putty"
Im completely new to Rclone. (always used filebot)
I downloaded Rclone to my drive but I need to know how to write the script.
Note that on Putty I always have to punch in a password.

Can some1 please help me?
