Are there any server side GDdrive to Gdrive copy options without the daily 750GB limit?

I need to move ~200TB from one gdrive to another gdrive and don't have 273 days. Are there any copy methods that avoid or increase the 750GB a day limit? Is the answer no because it's universal to using the API? Is there a workaround of making more API keys or anything?
