Add or reconnect remotes through browser's private mode

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Take Onedrive for business (simply mentioned as ob below) as an example. I have several Onedrive for business accounts and manage them through rclone. As is known that the token of Onedrive for business is valid for about 90 days. So, I usually need to refresh the token of the accounts.

During the reconnection progress, a browser window will be opened to let me sign in to my account. However, when I reconnect a second ob account, the token got by rclone is corresponded to the first ob account. In order to solve this problem, I have to sign out my first account ahead, and reconnect the second ob account and sign in the second one in the browser window.

So, I think whether exists a way that the rclone will open a browser window in private mode. In this way, after the token is got by rclone, I just need to close the window simply, not sign out my account additionally.

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

rclone v1.55.1

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

macOS Big Sur

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Onedrive for business

hello and welcome to the forum,

as a workaround,
after rclone opens a new browser window.

  1. copy the url to a new private window
  2. login
  3. rclone will authorize.

Thanks. It seems really a new way to solve this problem.
